iPhone Repair

iPhone

The iPhone stands above its competitors showcasing Apple’s sleek design while boasting highly sophisticated hardware components. It is paramount that when damaged, these complex phones are handled by professional technicians. A majority of iPhone’s are taken to repair only once they have become entirely unresponsive or disabled. These phones should be taken in for repair when smaller issues arise. A timely iPhone repair can and should be done to prevent problems worsening and to prevent irreversible damage to the phone.

Scratched Screen

Dropping your iPhone or having it rub against loose objects in your pocket can lead to scratches on both the back and main display. While minor scratches could be ignored, a build-up of scratches on the main screen can slowly damage the device. It is recommended that the is repaired as a preventative measure.

Once an iPhone is cracked, it may no longer remain splash-proof. This can cause the phone to be further susceptible to liquid damage if unaddressed. Should a phone become water damaged, repairs can become much more time consuming and costly. This stems from the array of small components that could be affected.

Unresponsive Display

There are many reasons why an iPhone could be left with an unresponsive display. If the phone was dropped hard enough to crack the screen, a potential solution could be an LCD assembly replacement. This process would involve replacing the front assembly glass or the LCD digitizer. If a frozen screen was caused by water damage, a logic board replacement could be the required fix.

Another regular issue that comes with an ageing iPhone is battery degradation. Should your iPhone’s charge begin to lessen, your battery may be in need of replacement. You can see if this is the issue yourself by looking at your iPhone’s battery health. Apple recommends that if the iPhone’s battery health drops below 80%, the battery should be replaced.
